Dr. Gerald K. Johnson II is an accomplished, collaborative and results-driven fundraising professional that specializes in strategic planning, partnership development, donor management, grant writing, and research. He has vast experience enhancing non-profits through marketing/charity events, performing program assessments, and soliciting program sponsorship and donations.

Dr. Johnson has been able to establish partnerships and implement fundraising strategies that increased member, community, foundation, and corporate support for organizations resulting in over $10M+ in revenue generation, funding support for national programs and initiatives. Dr. Johnson has experience working directly with company Presidents, Chief Financial Officers, members of the Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders to assess opportunities and expectations associated with any new funding opportunity.  

Dr. Johnson has been recognized by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated as a "40 under 40" recipient. He is currently serving as an active Board member for the Frederick Douglass Housing Corporation and team volunteer for the Circle of Change Leadership Experience, where he provides fundraising assistance to enhance organizational effectiveness. 

As a Firm believer of lifelong learning, Dr. Johnson holds a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University, a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University , and a Ph. D. In Higher Education Leadership in Policy Studies from Howard University.
